Orlando AMF Sky Lanes Hotels

"I stayed here with a friend for 6 nights, the beds were comfortable, there was AC and good amenities in the room. Unfortunately house keeping did not come to our room for all 6 days. I even asked an employee if we could have housekeeping sent up on one of the designated housekeeping days. She said no and did not provide reasoning as to why. I recall one time before 10 AM there was a knock for housekeeping and we were still asleep as we were vacationing. We never once put out the do not disturb sign on the handle of the outside of the door to prompt the room to be cleaned. Other than this the staff was very kind and helpful. "

"I overall thought it was a decent place to stay.... But... One night they catered a party of some kind and had music blasting that kept us awake on the 4th floor all the way till 12:30 at night. That was ridiculous. The staff should have shut it down at 10pm at the most. The second thing was the towels. They said they had a full house and ran out of towels. We requested them for 2 days and they kept saying they would bring some up right away and never did. Lastly, yes it's an older property. Not bashing them for that but there were so many things that were barely hanging in. It was questionable if our door lock mechanism would keep someone out. Other than that the staff was friendly and the sit down breakfast thing was a nice touch. "

"Dated and old looking has a nasty chemical smell in the rooms clean ish beds not comfortable no wash cloths Just so so works in a pinch. "

"As a travel worker I’ve stayed in some pretty bad hotels and dealt with it. But this one takes the cake. The last night I just slept in my car because I woke up to the feeling of cockroaches crawling on me! And the entire time I would see cockroaches crawling around and even in and out of my luggage which caused me to just leave everything in the car. I do not recommend at all. Worst experience ever. "

"I Booked 3 Rooms in this Hotel. We were 16 people travelling there. On our way , called to check in. They said my reservation was cancelled. That was sooooo sucking can't even explain. Never Ever Expected this kind of service from them. In future would never use this or will let my friend circle know not to TRUST their booking."

"I realized that my family and I were not staying at the Plaza however I have both positive and negative comments. For the positive first: staff was helpful, the beds were comfortable with fully sealed mattress covers on the beds to prevent bed bugs and the continental breakfast was fine. Now for the negative comments: the place is old, floor tiles missing in the halls, bath tub looked dirty, it had a broken drain and the biggest issue I had was about safety since the side entrance lock was broken and always always open. "
