「Lovely staff - awesome experience」

「Everything about our stay was great but the staff was INCREDIBLE. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to be helpful. We needed to move rooms the first night quite late and John was very helpful and got everything sorted quickly. The food was delicious and we met one of the chefs, Dhurai, who made sure we liked everything we were served. 「Heritage Resort Coorg is a stunner of a property in terms of location and beauty. It is lush green with beautifully maintained outdoors and gardens. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. I must particularly compliment the staff for their helpfulness, politeness and courtesy. The view from the room is memorable and the monsoons added to the charm. 」
