「If you'd like to stay next to a highway with a steady stream of big rigs going by from early in the morning until late at night, all using their air brakes to slow down for the roundabout, this is the place for you. Don't think about peace and quiet, there isn't any. This is an ancient building located in the center of traffic. It was a mistake to stay there. We don't recommend it for any reason unless you don't need sleep. Now, the antique nature of the building is "cute" but not practical....

「I made the reservation for my elderly father to stay there for five days. He decided not to go and I spoke with the hotel and Expedia. The hotel will not give me ANY of my dads money back. The reservation was canceled in the second day. Dad tried to talk to the hotel the first night and they wouldn’t even talk to him. He was told to call Expedia. My father is elderly and does not do well with cellphones. I was willing to pay for the first night and a cancellation fee but the hotel won’t...

「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」

「Their service attitude is not good, there is no hair dryer in the room, and the hot water for shower is not enough」

「Upon arriving there was human feces on the lobby floor. When I went to look at the room there was a roach on the bed. No mini fridge in the room, no microwave in the room. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner only a small bar of soap. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this establishment. I asked for a full refund for my reservation which they agreed to and I'm waiting to receive.」
