"Loved every minute of our stay the Hazel Hobbit Hut. Compact but has everything you need. Bed was very comfortable and support onsite if needed.Highly recommended.We used the premises as a base in order to attend concerts in Cardiff cutting down on our travelling time from home to the Capital."

Finishes in rooms were very poor; flooring not meeting skirting creating areas for dirt.Photos were totally unrepresentative of the property.Owners didn’t share information that alot of surrounding roads were closed for concerts.Don’t know if the price was normal but seems like it was increased significantly due to the concerts. Would not recommend."

"When we arrived the property was very unclean and smelt of wet/rotting trash. We noticed the trash and recycling bins were completely full, we looked closer at the cleanliness of the property and it seems that the only "cleaning" done before we arrived was to change used bedding and towels. The property lists two bathrooms which is inaccurate. It is 1 1/2 bath (2 showers and 1 toilet). "Booked the house to stay, 5 months in advance. Had no contact from the owner, so emailed with 1 month until stay date. Was assured everything was fine. They contacted a week and half before stay date to cancel due to routine maintenance. Three hours on the phone to book somewhere else, to be told I had to wait 72 hours before we could rebook. Asked to have my money back and was told 14 days for a refund. Shocking service!"
