「Staff were great. New hotel. Cleaner. I booked at Hotel Ceasta near by. Ceasta was a dirty hotel. Booked another room here at Elite. Nice hotel for the price.」

「The room was spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Walkable from US consulate and staffs were really friendly and professional. They even accommodated our need for a late checkout. 」

「Staff and service was excellent, great breakfast and dining options. Only complaint was elevator issues affecting the Apartment suites on floor 14. 」

「总的来说订这家酒店是因为它的名气-万豪，但效果并不理想。不知道是不是印度的审评标准和中国人的不同。我觉得这种酒店装饰和设备和我们中国三星级的差不多。更让我意想不到的是，衣柜居然有一只活蟑螂爬来爬去。真让人作恶。」

「The service is good, beds are nice and clean, but that’s pretty much the highlight. Overall the hotel felt aged and lack of good maintenance. Would not be a priority to stay again. 」

「The staff were super friendly and wanting to help in any way possible. The room was large, new and clean. The Cinnamon Restaurant had a wide variety of choices in the menu. The gym was small but had enough equipment to get a decent workout. The location was good, close to the airport and a ten minute walk to a supermarket. The only down side of the room for me was that the way the showerhead was situated, every time I had a shower, the bathroom floor would get wet.」
