"The best in the staff is the house keeping manager Mr Ajay. He responded to all request in time and was very humble to attend. Rooms are extremely clean with a nice view. The only disappointment is the breakfast. Despite serving such wide spreads, most of the dishes on repeat refilling are not warm. Especially the Indian dishes including curries. Please improve on this. Guest taking breakfast around 9 am should be careful about it. "

"As good as the pictures represented the hotel rooms. Very clean rooms, daily service on request because the staff wanted to protect the privacy, 8am breakfast Idli/Vada. Location being prone to too much traffic and the incessant honking from the lorries and the tourist buses was a bit annoying during night time - but we got used to it after our 3rd night stay. Hotel manager was friendly and accommodative and treated us with ultimate respect."

"Stained towels and extremely poor hygiene in general. Property needs to really work on it. Avoid unless it's the only option."

"Staff don’t know how to check reservations and told there is no reservation for 1hr, later they found and told they don’t have rooms as they assigned the suite to another person as they didn’t go through the reservation."
