"The hotel is beautiful with stunning surroundings and overall I had a great experience. Staff were friendly and service was good. However, breakfast could be improved — there was no information on how to order items like eggs, or what drinks/coffee options were available, and staff didn’t ask if I had requests. It was also disappointing that no dining discount was offered for guests, and this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. I also had to wait about 30–45 minutes for my room to be ready on arrival.
Despite these points, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its atmosphere and setting.

Located 20min drive from the airport, the resort is embedded in an outdoor mall that highly resembles a south European city (France/Italy). We received a free room upgrade that granted us a VERY huge apartment, better than a real house! We stayed only one night, so we cannot comment much, but the mall seemed vibrant and the pool very nice."
