“We booked a 2 bedroom apartment which was comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were really helpful when we struggled to work out how the hob worked. Everywhere was really clean. We can not say enough about the staff. We arrived early and Nario was waiting at the gate to welcome us. We were offered coffee and a Pompeii fridge magnet from the owner which was a nice personal touch. We were their first guests of the season. The pool wasn't open , which we weren't surprised about but……

“This place was excellent. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very attentive and also willing to accommodate when our plans didn't match their normal operation. "The location is perfect and the receptionists are friendly. However, it’s a bit inconvenient to carry luggage to enter from the front automatically door and it was broken so guests needed to move the door manually with heavy luggage….. it was not an unpleasant experience for the first time of the trip in the city. Moreover, the soundproof of the rooms were not so well. I was woken up by the noises around 8am… which means my journey became a bit stressful cuz of sleep less due to the noises…..! It would be great if those problems could be improving. Thank you for ur time! "

"I had to change the room due to terrible WiFi connection and unbearable noise from neighbors room due to old plumbing system. The second room has better WiFi but only one electrical socket is useful. And you can not use iron and the kettle at the same time as the circuit breaker will shut off! And the bathroom floor is very slippery. I almost fell down a few times. Only beautiful part is the top roof terrace. "
