「After check in we didn’t see a staff member at all, including housekeeping during our two day stay. There are plenty of shops, dining and entertainment options for guests and the rooms are upscale and well appointed. Bathroom was nice. Beautiful view. Very comfortable and nicely laid out.」

「Had a great weekend! Nice quiet and well located condo. Plenty of room and privacy. The only thing that we would have liked better would have been warmer water. The shower temperature never raised above luke warm and on a cold weekend a hotter shower would have been nice.」

「The condo checked all our boxes: small beachfront walk, grocery store & nice restaurant nearby, parking convenient & bed was fabulous. My spouse wanted to say that grab bars in the shower should be installed & non-slip tub mat available. I also like instructions on how to make TV easier to operate. Thanks.」

「We were not notified that there was asphalt work being done and, as a result, we could not park in front of our unit. We had to lug our stuff across the grass, which was wet. And the yard was steep. Very inconvenient especially considering my husband is a disabled veteran with knee issues. Otherwise, the unit was clean. The view was great!」

「The room was too small especially when sofa bed was extended: there was barely any room to navigate or out our luggages. Toilet paper and Kleenex ran out during our stay. The frying pan was in terrible shape. 」

「This place offers an affordable price compared to other hotels in Traverse City. I chose it mainly to have a place to sleep. I used silicone ear plugs to help with noise since the air conditioning unit and traffic can be loud. It has excellent hot water and a small refrigerator, which I really appreciate. There is plenty of parking. I will stay at this place again.」

「I liked the ease of check-in and check-out. The room was clean, but the paint on the walls was dingy with stains, and in need of a fresh coat. The furniture is all very old and dated, but perfectly functional. The beds were comfortable enough, but the pillows need an update. There was a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board which was helpful.
