“Great stay with our dogs near Charleston. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs and the property was a reasonable driving distance from downtown. The townhome was clean and had nice touches for guests like makeup remover wipes and shampoo and conditioner dispensers.”

“All of the required amenities were there and in good condition. Extras such as dishsoap, laundry detergent, coffee, paper towels, toilet paper were all provided in sufficient supply for our entire stay. The house was in good condition - comfortable. ”

“Everything was great during our stay and I certainly recommend this rental! Coming into town, it was a little rough, but everything was fine. A lot of good restaurants within a short drive (definitely check out the tatoo’d moose!), downtown Charleston a short drive away and folly beach about 30-40 minutes. There is also a really cool grocery store nearby called Lowes that has a bar in it!”

“The house was perfect size, very cute and the beds were extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was great and the kitchen was lovely. Our only complaint is that the house smelled like visitors had been smoking inside and that the king size bed did not have a fitted sheet on it. The property manager was very responsive and brought plug ins to help with the Odor. Easy to get to location and very comfortable. Needs a good deep scrub and Oder eliminator. ”

“The home was well stocked, clean and I loved the all white linens. The address was tricky to find. I think mostly because the neighbors had a truck and boat they worked on the entire weekend parked in front of the house. Not your fault, just be aware this location is in a lived in neighborhood. I should have done my homework better as for location. The property itself was great. ”

“The home was great and comfortable. We appreciated Ric. I do want to mention no drapes on the large living room window or glass back door could be a safety issue for future guests, we were able to drape a light covering on the front window for nighttime privacy so it didn’t diminish our time there. Would definitely come here again!”
