「Great house, lots of room for large crowd. My only complaint was when we were barbecuing for visiting family for dinner, the barbecue tank was completely empty which meant a rushed trip to Canadian Tire and 20.00 in order to cook supper. The listing states we could get in at 2:30 and the host had it set for 3 but did allow us in. The listing also stated full tank for barbecue.」

「Great location for our family gathering. Close to Alliston and Beeton. Some noise from upstairs but overall would recommend. Very clean and spacious. Bed is low to the ground and small, other room was more of a single bed. Dining and living room was nice and clean with all necessary amenities. 」

「Check in was easy. Accommodations were just what we needed. Clean and calming. The host was easy to communicate with and responded to questions promtly. His family, who were on site, were very kind, gentle and helpful; especially his Mother who was very gracious towards my elderly parents.」

「The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made communication easy and the stay much smoother. Although there were a few issues with neighbours, the host handled everything quickly and professionally. Overall, a good stay thanks to their attentiveness.」

Not an issue for us, but listings needs to be corrected to state ONE QUEEN BED in each bedroom; not the listed 2 Queen Beds in each room. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank You.」

「It would have been more welcoming if there would have been coffee, tea and water available so you don’t have to go looking for a place to buy it. The deck area was not clean, the tables and chairs were dirty. The second bedroom should have a more comfortable bed. There was a very musty smell throughout the whole house. The house was nice and clean. If everything above is looked after I would stay there again if I came back to Alliston.」

「Great location! House was very clean on the main level but unfinished in the basement. Wifi was not great but likely due to location more than anything. A couple of issues arose during stay however communication with property management /owner was excellent and issues were rectified right away. 」

「The unit was very quiet for sleeping, the bed firm and comfortable. my wife and I were very satisfied with the overnight experience. The only downside was it appeared someone had cooked fresh fish in the unit and the smell, immediately apparent as soon as the door was opened, lingered through our whole stay. Tried opening the window and running the stove hood to no avail. No fault of the owners.」
