"Everyone was so helpful to me and my family. I had many questions and they helped with all of them. The Hotel is located so close to all kinds of different activities, and a 5 min walk to a train station. The breakfast was worth every penny, such a big assortment. The rooms were so spacious and clean. Every staff member was so polite, made us feel at home. 10/10 would definitely stay here again."

"This is a beautiful property on the quieter side of Shinjuku. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially by going with the Grand Premiere upgrade. The rooms were beautifully upgraded and the amenities such as the breakfast and lounge access were a nice addition to an already special trip."

"Clean hotel with great amenities and very close to Iidabashi train station which is very central and accessible by many lines. Comfy beds and pillows (we had two singles). Will stay again when I return to Tokyo and I am super picky when it comes to hotel stays. I didn’t need to call the front desk to ask for anything. Thumbs up from me."

"The hotel is great and the rooms are spacious comparatively. However, the area is not good. Be cautious if you are travelling for the first time or with family. Otherwise, great place to stay. Should try the bar on 13th floor."

"The room was small but adequate for one person. The personal item amenities -- which may be picked up at reception --are good quality, individually packaged and prevent waste. The traditional breakfast buffet in the Annex was a great deal and had super delicious food. The luggage storage is fantastic! I arrived six hours before check in so it was helpful to leave my luggage at the hotel! There is a bus from Haneda that goes to the hotel and the hotel is in a very convenient location about 8 minutes from the Shinjuku train station."
