"Great check in process with a door code. Easy communication with owner thru app. Clear directions throughout house. Adorable and well kept condoplex community in Culver City. About 20 minute walk to the heart of downtown/Main Street culver. 15-20 mins by car to Santa Monica, 30 mins to Hollywood. Home has everything you’ll need, including great shower products. Would book again! Only recommendation (if any) would be for an upgrade to the sheets."

Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. "Excellent location with easy access to Malibu & Santa Monica / Pacific Palisades. Interior is spacious although dated. Some things were not functioning properly like slider door to balcony and blinds. We had an issue with the lockbox code upon checking in. Also did not fully understand that it was two separate units but was not a major hinderance for our group. Some light construction happening across the street but the ocean views made it worth it."

Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq).
