“I had to book an extra day because the food from the restaurant made me sick. The staff thought I was overstaying and made lots of noise outside my room. The front desk finally agreed to not charge me for the portion of the meal that made me sick. The doorman laughed at me on the way out.”

“This is a old and dirty place, humidity odor, washroom with mold. No water pressure impossible to take a shower. The worst part, my wife and daughter were attacked by a big dog, owned by the receptionist. The dog broke my wife purse and daughter got a terrible panic and nobody helped them. Terrible experience. Expedia need to report this place. DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL”

The entire place was spotless and tastefully decorated with lovely artwork and furniture.It’s also conveniently close to many great restaurants and the charming towns of Ataco and Apaneca. I’m already looking forward to my next stay here, and I highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area.”
