"Had a nice apartment perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Staff were great and very friendly. Pool was very cold though but you have the beach nearby. Parking is charged at €20 a night for small cars so that's something to take into account however everywhere charges for parking in Amalfi."

"Villa Rosa was nice but the hill to get to the main road is vertical. They have no way to help you get to the top especially when it is time to leave with your luggage. Luciano luckily helped us with some of our luggage, but you would think with a vertical hill they would have something. The small town below doesn’t offer many different options for food, but the views are spectacular. Overall it was fine, but it’s very remote and the location is inconvenient."

"This property was on the main street of town with many shops, restaurants and markets close by. We mixed eating out and eating in. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware and utensils for preparing a meal. We found plenty of hiking trails with historical significance nearby. For example, we hiked the trail of lemons to a 1st century Roman Villa in the neighboring town. The hosts were wonderful and attentive. "This home is just beautiful! I travelled with my young family and my mother and we all had plenty of space to live, eat and play. It’s a short walk to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Yes there are stairs but you get used to them pretty quickly! The apartment itself is clean, beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable. The views from the front window of the sea and the town are breathtaking. Could not recommend this highly enough."

"Elvira and her husband were exceedingly generous on our arrival. Nothing was too much trouble to help. We were greeted very warmly and with sincerity to make our holiday a success. The apartment is beautifully appointed and in a great location for exploring the surrounding areas of Italy like Pompeii or the Amalfie coast. "Property was ok. Think more needs to be made of the internal stairs going to flat. They are very deep and steep. We were all over 75 and managed them but with luggage it was daunting. We stayed 10 days and would have appreciated clean sheets and towels half way through. Very little in the way of cleaning materials for kitchen and bathroom. We had to request a broom and mop. None of this got too much in the way of a wonderful holiday. The apartment is difficult to find but local shopkeepers...

"Perfect in every respect. I wanted a fishing village, not a tourist town, and Cetarra was ideal. Maddalena was very responsive during our stay. She even sent her father once to help because she couldn’t! Food was the best on the entire coast. Highly recommend."
