"Clean, no frills hotel which was great for the one day stopover we had before our early morning train to Florence. Comfortable beds, accommodating staff who pulled together an impromptu travel breakfast for us at 5:30am (restaurant didn't open until 7am). Good location on main pedestrian walkway / road, relatively near the waterfront / port and 5 min walk from the train station."

"A nice, clean property, with a pool, tennis court and restaurant facilities. Helpful, friendly staff. A nice hotel beach area across the street. A bit remote, but a free shuttle to/from the train terminal, tourist area and ferry/boat service runs several times a day and takes about 25 minutes. Access to easy groceries, from the hotel, is time consuming. Other hotels and restaurants in the near vicinity were just beginning to prepare for their opening during the summer months."

"The surroundings of this hotel are beautiful and the amenities inside are great, especially the very high end tile floors that are shiny and non-slip and look both nice and clean. The staff at the desk were ever friendly. We like this hotel! "

"Our stay at Villa Piedimonte was fantastic. The facility is clean and comfortable. Breakfast and room service were excellent. I had accidentally left my phone in Rome the morning that we arrived in Ravello. The staff was very helpful, making and translating phone calls for me. I was extremely grateful that they were willing to go above and beyond to help me retrieve my phone. (Thank you, Mark!!) The views from our room were beautiful, and the historic village of Ravello is an easy walk, or the hotel provides a shuttle. I highly recommend that you visit Villa Piedimonte!!"

"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "
