"Nice hotel, the staff are lovely. There is building work going on at the site, it didn’t disturb us to much though. The WiFi was terrible but staff put a different router in our room so it did improve. "

"Amazing stay! The room was very comfortable (the fancy shower is a plus). We ended up eating at the restaurant most of the time as it was great. The breakfast is super high quality, with home made bread, fresh fruits, great coffee, juice, and many options…the pools are both fine. The staff is really nice and willing to help. Would book again! "We stayed in the standard 2 bed villa. Bed was decent, pretty firm. Good location, a 6 minute walk to the main food street and about 10 from the sea (you will need to walk another 5 minutes to get to the beach without boats on the sand). The rooms we’re great and the pool was refreshing in the heat, although it was a very small plunge pool so a family of 4 wouldn’t all be able to fit in it at once. The living and kitchen area is all open with no ac so it was pretty hard to relax down there in the day time due to the heat. In the evening you were open to getting bitten so make sure you take some bug spray! Kuta does not allow grab or MyBluebird so be prepared to pay more for private taxis! Breakfast wasn’t great to be honest, it was a little chaotic. The food tasted decent and they will make you a barista drink too. Overall a pleasant stay. The service was brilliant and the staff were so lovely and communicate via WhatsApp, which made everything very smooth!"
