「缺點是不靠近火車站，自駕比較方便，其餘一切很棒，服務人員貼心，熱水充足，床很舒服。」

「Fire alarm rang at midnight, no announcement and no explanation to guest on what is going on. I called to asked for wine opener n check on my tv setting. No response after I talked to reception even they said they will send ppl over. Housekeeping is unpredictable. They left pillow case on the chairs in my room unattended. Bath tub is dirty. 」

「I particularly searched for car park but they don’t have one, don’t get deceived by it’s name it’s not close to airport, there are flea on bed, makes us itchy overnight ,very unpleasant stay. Air con doesn’t work, and it’s not just bad in soundproof, it is insanely horrible I can even hear the guy in the next room sleep talking ! 」

「Location is most convenient, just opp to Westfield Mall & 5 min walk to train station. The room is of good size with all necessary facilities. We stayed there for near 10 days in between our trip to Tasmania. It will even be better if it can provide some promotional offers ie complimentary breakfast or room upgrade for customers staying there for so many nights like us in future. 」

「Great little place to stay overall. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff friendly. The only drawback was the sound of doors slamming shut all night from people leaving their rooms to use the bathroom. I had an ensuite bathroom but others don't. I woukd like to suggest having soft close doors installed for overnight comfort of guests.」

「其實真是太差，最重要是不清潔，廁版上有很多及大片尿，只是蓋上已清潔紙條，實在太過份，最後由我自己清理乾淨。及有蟑螂在房裏。幸好只住一晚。 還有在check out 時，得知其他房沒有冷氣，35度下沒有冷氣，實在不能接受。」

「完全不近任何景點，只是很近我外公的家，所以才選擇入住，房間尚算整潔，但酒店是沒什麼設施的！有一個非常棒的服務，職員讓我在11:30am入住，太好了」

「The property itself is beautiful, what I didn't appreciate is the two security guards in the foyer wearing security vests implying the area was very unsafe and then when I asked them for directions to the sports arena I needed to attend, which was only 1.2km walking distance, they told me it was too far and I wouldn't make it there safely, so I opted to drive the 3 minutes. Their words rang true as the following evening on the channel 9 news there was a report of a woman pushing her pram being...

「Very clean. Heart of downtown cronulla. Convenient to all local shops. Very good security. Spacious room. Over the top excellent view of the ocean. Breakfast was great. No disturbances. Friendly staff. 」

「The location is far from the central of Sydney. The rooms are small so the facilities are less in the rooms. However, it is convenient that there is a supermarket near to the hotel/motel which is opened until midnight. And also there is a small BBQ area next to the car park. It is recommended if you are not having too much budget for hotel staying in Sydney.」
