Short Trip to Akumal

We came to this townhouse after another rental gone bad. Sandy was so helpful throughout our stay. The house was incredibly clean, bright and wonderful. We loved the area and this house redeemed our trip!

Baby Vacation

This property exceeded our expectations! We brought our adult children and new grand baby. Having our own private pool was amazing in the heat. Lots of outdoor space. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Beds were comfortable. Can't wait to come back!

A lovely place to spend our week

We had such a nice time at this property. The private patio and plunge pool were where we spent alot of our time. The beds were comfie, it was clean and the kitchen was perfect and well stocked. Was nice to be able to do our laundry! There were lots of towels and a cute little rooftop patio. We got day passes at the main lobby of the hotel and drove over to the other side and had some beautiful beach time. The hotel also offers a shuttle right from the lobby of Sian Kaan to the other three Bahias. The only struggle we had was finding the townhouse in the dark, we could have used more specific directions as it’s hard to see signs at night.

Great experience!

We were very happy with our stay. Both the owner and property manager were very communicative about any of our concerns.We were very pleased with Sandy (owner)and Darren (property manager) and all the helpers.Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and very tropical. There are 2 pools nearby. The plunge pool is cleaned 3 times a week.There is a shuttle to Kay Beach accessible from the nearby entrance gate. We did have a car to explore other restaurants and get groceries from the Chadraui (grocery store) in Puerto Aventuras and Tulum.However it did take us awhile for get used to driving on the 307 highway and finding our way. A gps is a good thing to have. Good experience overall!

Wonderful Vacation Home

My husband and I stayed at Sandy's house for 3 weeks in March. Regrettably, due to the pandemic, we needed to cut our vacation short by 1 week. We found this town home to be spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a nice meal. I loved the gas stove. Bedrooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and bed linens and towels were plentiful and of high quality. We enjoyed the outside area and having the plunge pool was really nice. We loved having access to the resort amenities. The pools within TAO were great and we met and had fun with a lot very friendly people. The area is safe and great for walking. My husband and I enjoy walking and travelling on the local collectivos, however I think most people would want to rent a car. Darren, the property manger, and his staff provided us with exceptional service. Darren replied quickly to all of our inquires and provided us with anything we needed. His staff were friendly and demonstrated a real willingness to help us enjoy our vacation.

Very quiet. Very clean. Very enjoyable. The property manager was wonderful. We rented a car to explore Akumal, Tulum, and lots of other little gems. Which I would absolutely recommend.

Beautiful Jungle Oasis

The property was wonderful. Darren the property manager was quick to respond to all our questions. We enjoyed the plunge pool and coffee on the roof top terrace! It was so peaceful, but close enough to the action of Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and Akumal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!
