"The heat was not working byt the staff gavr us a space heater which helped but it was a little Strange and thr Tv didnt work either staff was great and the beds were great as well as the locetion "

"Overall it was fine, to be a luxury hotel like the name says it needs to be clean. The sheets and bed skirt had stains and so did the sofa in the room. The bathroom door had soap scum on it."

"Outdated. Little run down. They cleaned the carpets and the odor was strong. Bonus. We knew the carpets were clean. Next to the train. Close to downtown and the University"

"Great, location, wonderful to have complementary travel pass for local tram, very live vibes at lobby, delicious breakfast with lot of choice. Only thing, we had to leave 7.10am on Sunday and thought we paid for buffet breakfast with our stay so atleast grab some to go breakfast as we came to know it doesn’t open till 7, I wish breakfast should be available by 6.30 am atleast to order and to go if they do not provide buffet on Sunday, and somehow it was never mentioned that in our booking so we waited till it opens and then go without breakfast and paid outside at market place , which was not expected. Otherwise everything was great, highly recommend this property but please plan your breakfast after 7 am!!"
