"My stay was great. The room was clean. My only complaint is the checkout is at 11am and when i checked in i asked for a late check out and they said no problem but when I called down in the morning, they said it would be $30 each hour. "

"Centrally located for Riverwalk activities. We had a corner/river view room so we could see multiple areas of the river. We were there for Fiesta and they had an excellent Mariachi band playing. Friendly staff and fast check in and out. Early and late pool hours. Kuerig coffee machine and bottled water provided as well as a refrigerator. Must have room key to use elevators making it more secure. About $25 to and from airport with Taxi or Uber and we had no wait. "

"It was not a large change hotel. Quiet, easy to get to River Walk, Alamo, and all of Houston Street. Lover the old look of the property but nice clean rooms."

"The room was very clean and pleasant. Our views not so bad. The food was great where we ate for breakfast and at Ruth Chris. I was very disappointed in the fact that the topgolf sections were not well accommodating, and when we tried to schedule to play there was nobody there to take care of us or help, when we asked for help, they said they were on their way and still never showed up . Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay. The whole area is perfect."
