"The staff were excellent-gracious, kind and wanting to go above and beyond with customer service. This is definitely a hotel to stay if you enjoy impeccable customer service. The one item that was less than stellar was that my room hadn't fully been cleaned yet, but I was doing early check in. Fast Eddy-Bellhop, Thurston & AJ-concierge and Francisco at the Ambler were FANTASTIC!"

The Hotel Valencia Riverwalk truly impressed me from every point of contact throughout my stay. The entire hotel exhibited cleanliness that met my high expectations.
