「Hotel is spotless and obviously new! Rooms are nice and comfy. The only issue we had was the people above us had a dog that was thumping on the floor until midnight and started again at 6 in the morning! Nothing the hotel could do about it but two nights of that was not ideal. We already booked the hotel for our trip next month so still a great find!」

「Jeannine was extremely kind to me, helping me with my luggage going up the stairs. She was always, courteous and helpful. She made me feel that there was no better place to stay in all of Albany!」

「I always look for this place when staying downtown Albany. Best value for the price for an individual (or a couple, although I was not so fortunate to include my "other"). Ideal location for State Street jobs and very comfortable.」
