"We had a pleasant stay in this quiet hotel. The walk to downtown is longer for some, but it’s what we expected and enjoyed. The room was a little bit cramped, but we made due. The staff are very helpful and friendly. And as always the Keg restaurant has great food."

"IT WAS VERY NICE ONLY COMPLAINT NOT VERY ACCESSIBLE THEY DID HAVE AN ELEVATOR FROM MAIN FLOOR TO BASEMENT WHERE THE PUB/ RESTAURANT WAS LOCATED BUT HAD TROUBLE FINDING SOMEONE TO SHOW US HOW TO GET THROUGH TO IT. ONCE WE NAVIGATED THE LONG STAIR CASE WE HAD AN AMAZING WELSH GIRL SERVE. US AND AN lovely oriental lady took us through a meeting room to the elevator. Would definitely stay there again. "
