Wonderful Patacona

Great apartment in a wonderful location next to the beach.Everything that’s needed for a relaxing holiday is on the doorstep.Good restaurants…nice coffee..good bakery…even a supermarket 5 minute walk away.Then there’s the beach….2 miles of it!!!!! Some maintenance needed in the showers now…new grouting…to give a luxury cleanliness

Great beachside location. Jorge met us at the location and gave a thorough and usefull orientation. The apartment was clean and the ocean view wonderful. Small balcony excellent for morning coffee or evening drinks. Bathrooms were both very nice with good towels and water pressure, w plenty of hot water. AC worked exceptionally well, thats not always the case in Europe. The automatic blackout blinds made for a good nights sleep . I can recommend this place for a couple traveling solo or w children.Couple of suggestions though:One paper towel roll and working soap dispensers in bathrooms would be nice as part of your welcome starter package. Also a clearer explanation of how the included free parking works (via a car elevator to the basement).
