📋 House Rules (Please Read Before Booking)
We want every guest to have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. To help us keep the chalet family-friendly and well cared for:

* Registered Guests Only → The Indian Mountain Lake HOA requires us to pre-register all guests. Please include the correct number of adults, children, and pets when booking. Unauthorized visitors or unregistered guests are not permitted.
* Security Cameras → Motion-activated cameras are at the front door and driveway for safety & maintenance. No cameras inside the home or backyard.
* Quiet Hours → 10 PM – 8 AM. Our neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, so please keep noise low during these hours.
* No Smoking / No Drugs → This is a strictly smoke-free and drug-free home (inside & outside). A minimum $500 fee applies if evidence is found.
