A Great Christmas House!

My family booked this home to spend Christmas together this year. The house exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of room for all of use and the living room and dining table were so spacious for us to spend time together! The kitchen was well stocked and provided all the items that we needed. We loved that we could also bring our golden with us to spend the holiday. A snowy Christmas was just what we neede!

Surprise Birthday

Property was well maintained. Hot tub was not functioning as it didn't have water. House was large enough to accommodate 5 families. Game room was used frequently especially arcade machine. Had issues with remotes not having batteries but host was quick to respond to issues.

Beautiful house

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful rental home, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hosts had put a lot of care into creating a welcoming space. The home itself was stunning—tastefully decorated, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and plenty of natural light. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully considered, from the cozy throw blankets to the high-end kitchen appliances.What really stood out, though, was how communicative the hosts were. They made sure we had all the information we needed before our arrival, and they were available throughout our stay to answer any questions. They even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which was much appreciated. Their attention to detail and commitment to making our stay as comfortable as possible made all the difference.

A great house of a larger group

The layout is fantastic-- it's hard to get the feel and flow of the place from just the photos. The 3rd floor has a bedroom/bath and an adjoining living-room-like area. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked and the wifi connection was good. The kids appreciated and enjoyed the game room with the pool table/ping-pong, the arcade game and the xbox console with plenty of game options. Other homes may have a lot of bedrooms and just one common area, but this home has essentially four separate common/hangout areas (game room, main big tv/large sofa room, the smaller sofa area with tv/xbox near the bedrooms on the 2nd floor, and the living room on the 3rd floor with a tv/xbox). A few pointers: 1. The water system is well water so bring water bottles to drink. It had an unpleasant metallic/acidic odor so we used spring water to drink and wash our faces/brush teeth. We may be unfamiliar with well water but got worries after my mom's eye reacted after getting faucet water in her eye. We let the management know but I think because of our short stay, it wasn't resolved before we left. 2. The community garbage area is across the Teepee Of Towamensing Trails Community Center (put that in navigation) and you need the provided car badge to access it. 3. Bring your own ping pong balls. The water situation did cause an inconvenience and worry but we let the management know and I'm sure they will take care of it based on their responsiveness and professionalism.

We had a great stay at this house! The area is quiet and wooded. We saw several deer during our time here. The house is very spacious, so much so that we didn't even get to utilize all of the house. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. Would definitely stay here again.

Almost perfect

The house was very nice. It was in a great location. The only complaint I have is that we were not allowed to use golf carts in the town which I did not realize. The only other thing was that the Pool sticks did not have tips on, and we were unable to play pool which is one of our favorite things to do.

FAMILY VACATION

We just wanted a place where our kids and grandkids could get together anytime they could come. A place that was central to where they have spread out. This was PERFECT! Each family had their own room but we spent almost all the time together. Lots of fun and sharing of memories.
