“split propert,y, apartments out the back and down the street from the main section. Very steep, exit little bank from reception out of rear of property with steps, difficult to navigate with cases. Apartment only ok, had all amenities but only double bed comfortable, singles not and pull out sofa bed not great, inside edge of pull out look as if not used much and fluffy. Good location for old town square.”

“True Review would be 10 STARS + My wife and I have travelled the world and stayed at some pretty nice places But nothing compares to our experience at this incredibly beautiful place. The manager Paul is amazing!! He helped us with so much kindness and went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect holiday. The place is bright and well decorated, the rooms are big and spacious, beds are comfy, lots of closet space, large bathroom with great shower. The buffet breakfast was plentiful……

“The room was super clean and well located, but it is tiny. We had to manoeuvre through the door without hitting the bed with our bags and my husband had to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom as the space between the bottom of the bed and the wall is reduced even further with the TV on the wall. Hubby loved the pillows but it was too big and hard for me so I ended up sleeping without one. The water bottles next to the bed was a nice touch and very much appreciated in the heat.”

“The location is great, close to the beach and restaurants and shops. That was the best thing about this hotel. Staff was very nice, pretty clean. However, our few complaints were we heard doors slamming all hours of the night, so they need to fixed there doors to not slam. Our door did not do that. You can also hear noise all around, the walls I guess are quite thin. Also, our closet door was broken, so we could not open or close it, to use the closet, and you have to pay to use the safe, which……

“wasted an hour trying to check in with no response from owner. It was a nightmare! They don't even answer their phone!”

“Avoid at all costs!. The apartment was not fit for check-in when we arrived and was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. We were told to return two hours later, but even then it was still being cleaned. As a group of five, we had to find alternative accommodation at additional cost because we couldn’t keep waiting. Despite the hosts knowing we had left, they have refused to refund us. The whole situation could have been handled much better, but instead they have taken no responsibility.”

“Perfect location, just a short walk from the main strip but far enough away that it doesn’t keep you awake all night! Very clean and comfortable apartment, pool was lovely (not heated) and pool area was comfortable and lots of sunbeds. Collection of the key was a bit confusing as we arrived in late and had to pick up from the hotel which was a little drive away, possibly a coded lock box might be a better idea. All in all a great place to stay if visiting Albufiera, highly recommend!”
