This Villa with private pool offers you luxurious accommodation with modern and sophisticated design. The harmony between the decoration, architecture, and functionality of the space will impress the most demanding.The villa has:- Private pool and garden with barbecue area;- Outdoor deck with dining table;- Large living room with dining area and living area;- TV with cable channels;- Free wifi;- Fully equipped kitchen, including washing machines and dishwashers;- 3 Rooms, of which 2 are in Suite with WC;- Fantastic closets;- 1 common access toilet;- Air conditioning;- Private parking.Location and Proximity:- Located in Albufeira, close to services, bars, restaurants;- 0,3 km from Private Hospital;- 2,4 km from Beaches;- 1,5 km from Strip Oura;- 2,7 km historic center of Albufeira;- 9 km Salgados Golf Course;- 33 km Faro Airport.Accommodation Rules:- No noise is allowed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.;- It is strictly forbidden to disturb or disrespect the neighbours;- Parties or events are not allowed;- Pets are not permitted;- To check in, all guests must be 30 ;years of age or older, except for families with children;- It is not allowed to exceed the maximum number of permitted occupants in the accommodation, even for visitors;- It is mandatory to comply with these and all other rules stated in the Local Accommodation Book;- If the rules are not respected, the security deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to leave the accommodation;- A security deposit of €750 is required, refundable up to 7 days after check-out;- The municipal tourist tax of €2 per person will be charged for arrivals between April 1st and October 31st, applicable to guests aged 13 and older, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights;- You will be contacted a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in details and attend to any special requests.

Boa estadia. Local muito sossegado. Uma casa muito bem equipada. Ao nível da limpeza penso que podia ser melhor. O acompanhamento de check-up e check-out, excelente. Recomendo.
