London Old Town Apartment

This apartment is located in the old town, although in a very quiet zone, at 300 meters from the beach, restaurants, bars and stores. The complex where this apartment is inserted is a very nice one, with a swimming pool. This apartment is ideal to people who does not want to rent a car, as it is near of everything.

Our apartment offers two bedrooms, one with 2 beds (one single and another kingsize) and private bathroom and the other with two single beds that can be joined and make a Kingsize bed. The apartment also has a large balcony where you can enjoy the late afternoon to accompany with a BBQ that we also provide. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is another full bathroom.

The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products.The living room has satellite tv and internet, guests can use everything the house offers.



DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a customer under the age of 25 or a group to party, you will have to pay a damage deposit upon check in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned at the time of check out.



We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.



Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They can still use everything in the house. If they need any object or appliance or something more specific, we are ready to help. They can even utilize all the areas that this complex offers



Dreamplaces cares about any problems of its guests. We try to be proactive in this regard, but always respecting the space and holidays of our clients.



The apartment is situated close to the center of Albufeira (200 meters), the most beautiful and well known part of the city. In the center (old town) there is a great street atmosphere, many restaurants and bars and also food shops. There are several places where you can enjoy such as nightclubs and entertainment bars. The beach is 250 meters from the apartment. In front of the apartment there is a large park where you can park your car.

The neighborhood is very touristy and quiet. The noise of nightlife does not reach this area.

Near this area you can still see several original people from our city.



This area is in a central area of our city, more concretely in the oldtown of Albufeira.

All that is needed is within walking distance.

However there is a bus station less than 8 minutes from where you have access to all kinds of transport such as taxis, tourist bus, local bus and other forms of travel such as TUK-TUK.



Additional Rules and necessary information



•Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out.



If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference.



•Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department.

Check-in – 4 p.m

Check-out – 10 a.m

The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability.



•We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.



•We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property).



•Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, on request.



•We can arrange an Airport Shuttle for you, upon prior request.



•For stays longer than 25 days – normally during the winter season – we ask for the payment of the electricity bill (it is calculated according to the type of property)
