Royal Mill Villa is a spectacular residence, ideal for very large groups or several families who want to spend holidays together and who desire space and a comfortable environment in a privileged location near Albufeira.



With capacity for 37 + 13 guests, this very spacious property with 13 bedrooms offers fantastic facilities to enjoy during your stay, both indoors and outdoors, including a large heated swimming pool, XL jacuzzi, 13 bathrooms and much more. An outdoor games area is available to enjoy with family and friends on long summer days and there are several terraces from which you can appreciate the stunning Algarve sunset. Off-road parking is also available for several cars.



Located in a residential area near Albufeira, with stunning views and just minutes from the best golden sand beaches, this spectacular villa, furnished and decorated to a high standard of quality, will guarantee you a relaxing holiday in the sun, leaving you with fantastic memories and a desire to return.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 37.

From the 38th to the 50th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.

Unforgettable Group Holiday in Albufeira

We stayed at Villa Royal Mill with a group of friends and family, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the pool and jacuzzi were the highlights of our trip. The outdoor area was ideal for relaxing, barbecuing, and enjoying the Algarve sun. The location was also great, just a few minutes from Albufeira and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group holiday.

Our family of 25 spent a week at Villa Royal Mill, and it was an incredible experience. The villa had everything we needed and more. Property was not ready at check in time, cleaners were still there 1.5 hours after check in and the manager told us it happens every week, surely check in time should be changed or additional cleaners bought in? Pool was very green and cloudy for the first 3 days of our holiday. Property is quite run down and a lots of things broken and in need of repair. We were then charged for umbrellas which were already broken when we arrived but we unfortunately did not report or take a photo.

Communication with the company really good. Booked transfers through the company which was well organised. Property was as described, pool and hot tub are great. Thought the distance from Albufeira might be an issue but Uber’s were only 5 minutes wait and were cheap to get to/from Albufeira. Really good holiday, would recommend

HUGE HOUSE, EVERYONE WENT CRAZY ABOUT IT!

We were surprised in a really good way with the size of this villa. We knew it had loads of rooms and had very spacious common areas but we didn´t think it would really be this big, very spacious for each member of my family and friends, the bedrooms had very confortable mattresses so we slept good during our stay. Outside the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, the BBQ area with the dinning table was one of the best things, we could do our meals all together and having fun at the same time, refreshing ourselves. Incredible Vacation, will repeat surely!!!

Unbelievable Place!

26 guys. Stayed at this villa on a stag do - every room had an en-suite and the whole place was so clean and well looked after. We also paid extra for the hot tub - worth it! Both the tub and the pool were cleaned daily The check in guys are readily available if anything is needed. Honestly wouldn’t change anything about the place. Quality set up and only 5 mins in a cab to the strip.

Large house with nice outdoor space

Our group of 18 people (adult friends + 5 children) stayed 4 nights at the Villa. There is no shortage of spaces to sleep at this home! Great that each room has its own en suite bathroom. Lovely outdoor area w/ pool, jacuzzi, loungers, tables, outdoor shower, and bathroom. Wish that the house had larger indoor areas to gather (e.g., dining room or living room) as it was not possible with our group. We also did not have a proper check-in/introduction to the house until the next morning. Due to the key/door setup (only one house key), we had to leave the back door open w/deadbolt so that people wouldn't get locked out of the house if they were are the pool area. This situation was annoying for adults and dangerous for young children to have access to an open door to walk out to the swimming pool without another barrier. A simple keypad to open the door would solve this situation.

Amazing villa for a holiday!

We stayed in this villa for a hen do as a group of 25 adults. Before arriving due to other reviews, I was a bit worried about what it was going to be like, however it was absolutely fantastic and was the perfect base for all of us. All of the rooms were plenty big enough to accommodate us, although I would say any more than 35 and I think it would be too much. The villa was really tidy and clean when we arrived and everything was well presented, with bathroom extras and nice bedding. The decor is slightly more old fashioned than I was expecting with the pictures online, but everything worked and looked nice, so it didn’t really affect us. The bbq/pool area was where we spent most of our time and there was plenty of space/ sunloungers for everyone. There was also a hot tub available but we didn’t use this whilst we were there. The Algarve Vacation team who the villa is booked through are super helpful and answered several queries I had whilst organising, such as booking our waterpark trip with transfers, sending me day trip information and supermarkets to do an online food shop. I was a bit sceptical about providing a large deposit of €200pp for a big group, as I had seen some comments about people not getting theirs back, however we did get it returned at the end when nothing was broken, so this is a genuine process - in case this helps anyone else’s decision on whether to book! All in all, fantastic place and I would definitely return!

60th Birthday Celebrations!

Property is large and accommodated our group perfectly (10 couples), enabling most to have their own bathroom. Not all rooms have air con, and it would have been helpful to have had a floor plan of the property to enable us to allocate rooms in advance. The outside space is great and where we spent most of our time, making use of the bbq, pool and hot tub. Helpful outside toilet - an outside fridge would be good to avoid the trips to the kitchen! Ubers approx €8 for the 10min trip to the marina - good meals at Fat Cats and San Martino. We ate locally at Mira Campo, cafe Sofimil (great for a coffee, ham & cheese toastie / cake), Sol Nascente (Churrasqueira) for a reasonably priced meal (the garlic prawns were a hit) and also the wine tasting at Qta do Canhoto - all walking distance. There was no welcome folder with local info. Intermarche is a 10-15min walk and Uber back (€4). We did online shop with Apollonia having been advised that this was the most reliable supermarket. The kitchen is well equipped but could do with a good set of plastic glasses for outside and some tall glass tumblers for drinks in doors. The showers aren’t very powerful and need replacing. We had to ask for more sunbed mattresses, coat hangers and towels (mid week) - knowing the group size this should not have been necessary. Pool towels provided despite being told otherwise! Pool needs cleaning more than once per week & contact with local agent in advance of trip and during trip would have helped!

Perfect large group villa

Amazing villa with such a large group! There was so much space for everyone. The way everything is set up, was perfect. We had transfers arranged for us. The villa was completely spotless. So much storage and very well equipped. Communication with local rep was easy and readily available by phone should you require anything. Would 100% stay here again! Thanks
