The owners are absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond to ensure the say at their beautiful home is first class. They were so welcoming to me and my family. If you are traveling for the balloon fiesta it’s in the absolute perfect location! Couldn’t recommend this home more for any future visitors to Albuquerque!

Family Reunion 2025

Property was perfect for our visit to ABQ. We had 11 adults at the house for the holiday weekend and everyone had a relaxing time. There was the pool, hot tub and deck area to relax in/on. Large table to play games and have meals at…living room sat 7 people if you wanted to watch tv. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of mountains too.

Wonderful Family Getaway

Family Christmas Trip

Our two sons and our grandchildren enjoyed the home very much. Beautiful well kept home with room for 12 of us. Beautiful view out the back of home and the upstairs master. Enjoyed the outside hot tub, fire pit and basketball area. Hosts were very helpful and available if we had questions. They even brought sidewalk chalk over for the younger kids.

The best experience ever!

This house was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and spacious! The hosts were by far the best! Meeting them was amazing they’re very humble, caring, loving and all about making sure we were taken care of while we stayed! I definitely will stay there with my family again! There was not anything bad about this stay at all!

A beautiful, spacious home, perfect for family memories.

We had the privilege of staying at Christie and Ron’s home and it did not disappoint! Photos don’t do it justice. The house has everything we needed and more, and was a perfect place to have a family gathering. The kitchen is second to none, the backyard space was amazing for swimming, enjoying the many tables, chairs, and spaces to relax. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms stocked and clean, and lots of room to eat, drink and be merry. Plenty of towels for the pool, floaties, and warm and bubbly set jacuzzi. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great property!

Ron and Christie were super helpful with showing us around and making us feel at home. They were always available through the app and even texted me when the wifi went out to let me know they were working on it, before i even noticed it was out. Their hospitality was great and the clean-up process was considerably quick and easy compared to some rentals. Only thing I would recommend is to label the light switches in the house. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out what turns what on/off. But it didn’t take away from the overall experience! Highly recommend!

This Albuquerque gem was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving gathering.The chef's kitchen can not be beat, accommodating numerous chefs at one time (it's awesome when the college kids want to do all the cooking!) The hot tub is such a treat with a view of the Sandia mountains. The hosts are incredibly responsive and nice. We will be back!

The house was beautiful and well appointed. There were a few minor issues (which we did not report, because they were just nuisances: - light bulbs burned out (MBR nightstand, MBR shower, 2 of 3 lights I’ve MBR sinks) - lower kitchen oven door handle coming loose - dishwasher handle broken (so we didn’t trust dishwasher and hand- washed everything)

This house was everything we were looking for and more-amazing architecture, every amenity you could need, beautiful scenic views, and a good location. Initially we had reservations about the owners living on site (in their own private quarters), but after reading the other reviews we decided to give it a try and we're so happy we did. Ron and Christie are amazing. Super friendly, extremely accommodating, and very responsive. Besides meeting them at our initial check in, we didn't even know they were here (they have there own private access and stay completely out of the main house). We absolutely will be back again.
