All the rooms reeked and I mean reeked of cig smoke to the point it made me have a head hurt, even tho it was a non smoker room.
The floor was greasy and the bed was full of holes and looked dirty. Atleast the staff was nice and did what they could.
I was anxious that my credit card details were hand written on a pce of paper. The room had a hand mended cover on the bed. Was clean given it is an old building. The towels were small and thin.Didnt feel safe at all. More so the people in the area. Not necesarily the staff. Was ok but i feel coukd be cleaner

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
It was good to just have a night rest. Not a lot or limited amenities. The sheets had holes and towls had stains.
Convenient stop, per friendly although no grassy area for your pet.
Service was veey nice durinf check in. The room was not great ( and I was told it was better than a room I was initially being given). Very run down in need of updates, maintenance and paint! My toilet was broken and continued to run all night long.
BAD AREA OF TOWN! Food places wouldn't deliver here. Gates to protect the parking lot at night. A lot of homeless, drug users, etc. Businesses/Food places nearby are all closed. Hotel is clean but not very safe outside.
Felt very nervous when having to go outside the hotel.
its a very run down place it was a better place 6 years back once i check in notice the smell of weed and smoke plus the holes in the walls check under the sheets found a cockrouch in the bed running across the sheets killed took it to the manager and said im not sleeping here. i would just like my deposit back and cancel the room plus at first try to get in the room key card didn't work. no toilet paper in the bath room. alot of homeless people right outside the property. next door was a waffle house but close down. the area was great 6 years ago that was my first reason for going back plus i want a good nite rest tomorrow i got a important VETERANS APPOINTMENT AT THE MAIN HOSPITAL IN ALBUQUERQUE. so i left and check into another area Albuquerque were it was almost full and rates were higher in the late evening. it seem most place went up 20 bucks more at the last minute check in which suck so i guess the websites has its way on making money too.

Liked: Staff & service
Kind of grubby and pretty packed with people everywhere but got the job done with no issues.
The room absolutely smelled like mildew and cigarettes. The beds had multiple stains and burn holes on the blankets . No towels no wash clothes. It was a horrible experience I could not wait to leave that place. There was also no breakfast served the pictures you see are a lie. Horrible place.
There was homeless people hanging around outside, people smoking and drinking on the walkway, the room was dirty and had burn holes in the bed blankets, no towels in the bathroom or soap
The property reminded me of a jail cell where the office clerk was behind a shielded window and handed you a towel for the room. I didn’t feel safe, leaving anything in my car as it was in that kind of area. My bed looked like someone slept in it there was mold in the shower area. There is mold in the AC unit no washcloth provided no water cups provided, and I requested a non-smoking room and it was a smoking room that I almost gagged in. If I could give this place to 0 I would. The locking door hinges look like they’ve been kicked in and replaced. Overall tent camping would have been 10 times more safer and Cleaner!
Worst place Ive ever stayed by far! First off there’s mattresses all over the parking lot, random people walking around all nigh. I booked my stay in advance and was charged for it, i get there and they tell me they gave my room to someone else. They didn’t want to refund my money so they end up giving me this room that reeked like an ashtray. Had roaches and everything! The only reason i stayed there was because everything else was booked everywhere and they didn’t want to hive me a refund. I don’t recommend recommend it anyone especially if you there with family! I was there working so I had no option. Hope this review saves someone from throwing there money away
This room was absolutely disgusting in one of our rooms. There was either blood or poop splattered on the wall in our other room. Cockroaches were running up the wall. There were strange stains on the mattresses, and most of the furniture was broken or missing. Do not reserve a room at this hole of a hotel.
There was a dog in the room when we checked in. There were some transient people around the neighborhood, so checked on our car every couple of hours to ensure it was safe.
