Family visit

We really enjoyed this property! This townhome was just perfect for visiting with our family. The bedrooms are so comfortable and the master shower was heaven after a very cold morning balloon ride. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and we will be staying again. Thanks

Great Locaition

Checkin process was easy. The house was clean. There was a keurig with pods, and even bottled water in the fridge! Location was great.Close to our job in Bernalillo and very convenient to restaurants and the airport. Would definitely stay her again!

Very Comfortable

Great area, close to locations of interest. Fenced in back patio with shade and a view of the swimming pool to help keep an eye on the kids. TV in every room.

Nice place. Comfortable and quiet other than a fair amount of construction noise during some days in neighboring units. Otherwise very quiet at night. Pool is close. Location to restaurant and shopping is great. Comfy beds and living space.

The Comfort Zone

All the comforts of home jampacked in this quiet little nook. Spacious with all the amenities. Close to various restaurants and freeways so everything was close by yet quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend even though we'd like to keep this gem to ourselves. Hosts were very open and responsive. Thank you and we look forward to staying again!

Fabulous Stay at El Altos - Albuquerque

We had a fantastic extended stay at this property! The townhouse was great - very clean, fully equipped kitchen and 4 large bedrooms, each with a smart TV. The hosts and property manager were very communicative, check-in/out were easy and there is a notebook with all relevant information for the property in the kitchen. The location was also perfect - close to I-25 and North East outiside activities, but also very easy to get to downtown and North West. We highly recommend this property and look forward to a return visit!

We were in town for JOAD Target Nationals. The house had all the things we needed. The addition of some sauce pans (not just the big pot) would be nice. For a house that sleeps 8, more utensils are needed. There are not enough forks for 8 people. Having the option to use the pool was nice. Carl was quick to respond when we contacted him. They also worked with us to allow an early check in and that was much appreciated.

House as listed. The community pool was just out the back gate and around the front of what appeared to be a community center (closed). Very clean pool to ourselves all 4 days, it was during the workweek. We couldn’t decide who had the most comfortable bed!!! The house could use a few touch ups but nothing to deter our stay. Carl was very responsive for a sm tv internet issue. There was both a Kerig and regular coffee maker. Small step down to couch area. 2 Rav-4’s fit in the garage

Cozy Irvie townhome

My family and I all came to ABQ and needed a nice home to stay at. The Irvie home was very comfortable & cozy. If I had a question, I got a prompt response. The customer service/ communication was great.

Family gathering

We rented both the Altos and Plaza properties with 5 adults and 1 child in one property, and 3 adults in the other property. Since they were right next door to each other, it was so convenient to see each other, coordinate activities and the location was great for the places we needed to go to. The kitchen was one of the best stocked that we had rented.

Emergency Stay

Unexpected emergency and we stayed Irvie Homes. The booking was easy, it was more than we expected, and we felt at home. We were traveling with our 4 children. The kids loved it there. Clean and comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped for travelers. We cooked in the kitchen and appreciated how convenient it was to have everything we needed! We had an issue with the garage door during our stay, and even though I said it wasn’t a big issue, Carl was so quick to respond and come out to take a look the next morning. I appreciate the pride they take in their property and responsiveness! Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved it!

The place was spacious, clean and everything we needed. I got my best sleep of this whole vacation on these beds. The neighborhood was quiet. Carl came by and checked on things. We enjoyed sitting on the patio after a long day out. The place was big enough for the kids who were getting vacation tired to get away from everyone for a while in their own space. Our only regret was we didn’t get to spend more time exploring the area.

Super close to balloon fiesta field, tough for young babies

First the positives. The location is fantastic. It’s a 15 minute drive to balloon fiesta field, which with traffic amounts to a longer drive because there is so many people trying to get in at once. But location was amazing. Grocery store three minutes away. There’s a Park about a 10 minute walk away. Kitchen Had most of what we needed although the Teflon pots and pans were scratched up. Beds were good. The space feels pretty tight. Pictures make it look bigger than it is, as with most pictures of places. We had a smitten month old with us, And the walls are very thin, so she had a hard time sleeping which meant everyone had had a hard time sleeping. Noise issues and feeling cramped were the biggest issues. You can sleep right here but it’s tight to be in the house with nearly that many.

Cozy House

We had some issues but nothing that was not addressed with the managers. They responded quickly when contacted. A couple of things, nit deal breakers but would be more convenient. All the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a main floor laundry so a laundry basket or 2 would have been helpful for transporting laundry up and down. There was one board game so onna down day, the game of Life got boring real fast. Kitchen was equipped but could use a few more better condition pans for cooking in. The closed off floor plan between the kitchen and living area was not the best but we made it work. And the railing going up the stairs are pretty wide. My 1 year old niece came over and stuck her head right between the spindles, didnt get stuck but still a little safety issue. Overall we had a good stay justvlittle things but not deal breakers.
