Hot Tub, Dog Friendly- 3bd/2ba home w/Retro flare!

This spacious home built in the 60's still proudly boasts that retro flare from the yellow kitchen cabinets to the pink bathtub. Situated on a quiet street, please come enjoy time in the shaded backyard with BBQ grill and native plants. Brand new mattresses and minisplits in each room for cooling/heating, will ensure a restful night. Hot Tub added!

Large open dining room and kitchen with faux fireplace ambiance. Seating at counter top and Dining table for 6. The space is perfect for office work as well.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Fireplace is NOT functional
-Grill: we try to provide propane but in the instance it is empty and you have to refill we will reimburse (partial) cost as long as the tank is not empty when you leave.

-HOT TUB: guest agrees to follow hot tub rules detailed in the rules, guide book, posted signs.
-Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s). Min $50/dog pet fee will be sent separately and must be paid prior to checking in. NO cats allowed due to severe allergy.

-Yard/HotTub maintenance scheduled every Friday. Contractor will access back yard only, he will not go inside the home
-$100 charge if garage door opener is not left of hook at checkout
-Parking: 1 car garage is available but is on the smaller side. You can park directly behind the garage in the drive way or free street parking. DO NOT park or block the right side of the driveway or garage.
- Attached apartments behind garage is separate & not included. Privacy fenced added.
-Home is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
-Trash:city cans for trash & recycling are located on the side of the drive way and must be taken to the street for trash pickup and brought back after if this occurs during your stay
-Ring doorbell camera installed on the exterior front door, this is the only camera and is used for security and to monitor guest count

cute and quaint!
We were travelling to town for a dance festival in which we were both teaching classes and performing at events. This was the perfect place to rest up and rejuvinate between rehearsals and get a great night sleep. The spa was wonderful for our feet and sore bodies. Hope to stay here again next year! The hosts were welcoming, helpful and kind. The home is eclectic and adorable and very spacious. Absolutely everything we hoped for and more!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was just as described, clean, updated, had everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and it was easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Fantastic House
This home is very spacious and clean. There is plenty of room for 6-8 people in the living room and dining room. It is decorated very nicely. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Albuquerque again.

Beautiful home
This lovely home was clean and located in a very nice neighborhood. There was more than enough space for our group of four adults. There was a large kitchen, dining room, and living room for gathering. The beds were comfy and each room had its own AC. Would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Albuquerque!

Quiet neighborhood
We really enjoyed this house. The house itself was very clean. It was perfect for our staycation. It is in a very quiet and calm neighborhood. We had no problems checking in and great communication with the owners. They even rushed over a drain plug for the tub! The patio had not been cleaned and there was no propane. However, they did have a broom and sprayer for the hose. Once it was clean, we absolutely loved sitting on the patio. It was a nice secluded sitting area and we enjoyed the overhanging lights. It was definitely one of the things we looked forward to when choosing this location. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. The couch and big TV was a huge plus. The kitchen is big, had everything for cooking and was very organized. It was perfect for everything we needed. Thank you!

Great visit to Albuquerque and Nob Hill
A wonderful location and Albuquerque experience from staying at this house. Location and proximity to Nob Hill is really nice, and the home is comfortably sized, easy to use, and charming. The outdoor space is particularly pleasant. The bath and shower are period pieces, but functional. We slept well, it was a wonderful home base, and our family of five was quite comfortable. I would recommend!

Great location & open space
We stayed here for the balloon fiesta. A group of 4 adults. All were comfy and enjoyed the large living room and kitchen areas. We walked down to restaurants in Nob Hill on Central (20 min walk) and easily hopped on the freeway for farther things. The NM piñon coffee was a lovely touch! Would totally recommend.

Amazing Fiesta Get Away
Travelled with 3 adults and 2 teens to Balloon Fiesta for 6 nights. This property fit everything we needed. The location was convenient to everything and the property was very well appointed. We knew immediately that great care was taken to ensure the property was clean and ready for us. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was fun and inviting. Taryn and her team are great hosts who were very easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying here for our next Fiesta visit.
