We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel for the cost. The room was quiet and clean. There was plenty of parking. And what delighted us the most was the pool area and sauna and spa. Yes, the facility is older, but it is being kept up well and the staff was super helpful and friendly.

One complaint, the seat entry door kept slamming shut due to wind and failure of folks to not hang onto it despite a big note on the door. It needs a closure device on it. Made huge noise down our hall . Breakfast was minimal.

We have stayed here a few times and never had any issues. Quiet. Only issue is one of the Elevators has been out of service for a few months.

I liked the easy/safe access to restaurant facility in Crowne Hotel. The neighborhood seemed a little shady. But I loved The Querque Hotel.

When you drive up to the property and see the initial sign from the street, it looks a little sketchy. However, that is deceiving. The property is just fine. It was just two of us. The breakfast every morning was nice too. Stayed here for 3 nights. Nothing crazy but got the job done. I would recommend staying on the top floor, opposite end of the lobby. Great room. Staff was great too. Very kind and professional. We will definitely be staying here again when we pass through.

The hotel is aging, could use some repairs. Walking down the hall and stairwells you could smell pot and cigarettes. Beer bottle cap on floor when we came in. Breakfast was simple and small, kids enjoyed muffins and yogurt.

There were a lot of insects in the room, nasty bathrooms, not even cleaned the coffee machines, not used clean sheets and blankets and pillow covers. I got lots of bug bites from the nastiest hotel. Front desk lady was so rude at the time of check in and also when called from the room for assistance. Elevators were not working and they gave room on 3rd floor even when I told them my mother can’t walk too long and can’t climb up the stairs. They didn’t understand the situation and not even tried to help. Then also they gave room in the last hallway and that also on 3rd floor and had my mom walk all the way. Such a crowded breakfast area and not enough place to seat and eat. Just awful. Not at all what I paid for. Even when they give rooms for free I wouldn’t go or recommend this nastiness hotel ever.

Had we been made aware that you needed a ground floor room prior to your arrival, we could have ensured you received one. Management also went to inspect the room that you were in and found no insects nor signs of them. Our breakfast area includes 3 dining areas, so I apologize for any confusion there.
