Relaxing time
We had a great time and Paul was very attentive when we had questions. The weather did not work in our favor so we will definitely be back. Nice quiet cabin with everything you need.

Cottage get away
Perfect location to beach, town and restaurants. We loved this sweet cottage. Sitting by the campfire at night was peaceful and so enjoyable. We will be back! Thanks Paul for your hospitality!

Great Location
Great find so close to Torch Lake (it’s just down the hill)!!! Everything was as expected - everything we needed was there. Paul was very quick to respond to questions regarding both the property and the area. Kids loved walking to the park and the public access swimming nearby.

Overall the cabin was great and the owner was kind and helpful. A minor complaint is that it’s closer to the road than we realized, so it’s a little noisy. Also, the cabin was close to lake as advertised, but we didn’t know that public access to the lake was so limited (of course that’s not the fault of the owner).

Cute quaint retreat
Check in was smooth and Paul was very accommodating. The place is a quaint cabin across from Torch. Perfect for my husband and I and our 1.5year old. Short walk/bike ride to downtown Alden. We love the Muffin Tin and surroundings shops. There are a couple public access spots on the lake nearby to swim or drop kayaks. The days were warm and the nights were cool so we were able to enjoy the patio area. Nice Weber grill and tennis/pickle ball court right next door. Highly recommend!
