We are offering a chic private bedroom with a shared bathroom. The bathroom private to this room. The room is cozy with a full size bed, adjustable lighting, ceiling fan, 53 inch TV (w/ Netflix), and work station. We provide linens, towels, shampoo, soap, and blow dryer. We are open to long term stays so if your interested please message us. We are also assessable and communication with our guests to ensure you have the best experience we can offer.
The space
Our town home is located perfectly within the DMV area. The location makes it assessable to DC, Maryland, and Virginia. You can enjoy site seeing or working in the city during the day and the calmness of our community during the night.

*family room with 70” TV (with Netflix & cable)

Guest access
You will have access to pool & hot tub (opens 5/28-9/3), and grill area (open all year) which are both are located right across the street from our town home.
Free public street parking is offered within the complex, however parking is limited and there is garage parking available in the complex at a charge of $5 per night. Beats the city prices that can range from $12-$22 per night! We also offer car rentals through the APP Turo. It is basically but for cars!

We do not live on site. I do stay at the home when i am here for business
Other things to note
Sugar palm Thai restaurant and Panera bread are steps away from the house.
There is also a gas station, Dunkin' Donuts, nail salon and dry cleaners all within steps of the house.
