The room was clean and overall my shirt stay was great. The only problem I had was checking in, I waited 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. I had to call the hotel to ask them to come check me in.

The location is great and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The elevator was out of order when we were there but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The pool was not clean, and most of the pool furniture was broken, which made it hard to enjoy the outdoor area. There was no TV in the breakfast area, which made the mornings feel a bit dull. A strong smell of marijuana was noticeable in the hallways, which was unpleasant. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, which was one of the few positives during my stay.

Elevator hasn't worked for at least 3 months

Elevator has been inoperable for at least the last three months according to other reviews. And, they DO NOT inform you until check in. The rooms itself was ok. Bed was comfortable. You could see that they had recently updated the room but there were a couple of minor things that still needed to be finished.

No Elevator Service

When we got there, we were informed that the elevator was not working. Our room was on the 3rd floor which meant walking up 3 flights of stairs all the time. Me being an elderly woman didn't make it so easy for me. I have a bad knee and bad hip. Wasn't happy about this. If this had been mentioned when I initially booked the room, I wouldn't have booked it.
