Beds were so comfy Very spacious for a 6 bed Kitchen had great added extras (like sandwich toaster, ice cube trays) If you had the hob on high and the oven on, the fuse would blow. Had to have the hob on low with the oven on.

Our stay in a villa in Portugal was amazing! The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a stunning private pool surrounded by beautiful garden. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was great, close to local attractions and beaches. We had everything we needed for a perfect holiday and can't wait to return! A beautiful, spacious villa in a wonderful location. The shutter doors on master bedroom are broken and quite a lot of the tiles around the pool are cracked. However, the villa is beautiful and we have booked again for next year, just a few repairs needed maybe to keep it as lovely as it is and can be!

Villa Carosim in Carvoeiro was stunning, with great views and in quiet peaceful surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble and any questions we had were answered very quickly and efficiently, all staff at Elite rentals were very helpful and friendly. The villa was spacious and clean and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was well maintained and a great size. A short drivetaxi ride (6Euros) to the centre with plenty to do. We look forward to staying again!

6 of us stayed at Carosim for 2 weeks & we were all pleasantly surprised to find that actually the photos do not do the villa enough justice! The villa (& pool) is definitely larger in person, than in the photos. Cleaners came once a week (which was incredible) & the pool cleaners visited often too!! Incredible level of upkeep & maintenance whilst we stayed. Katherine @ Elite Rentals was super responsive and responded to any queries we had so quickly (within less than an hour!). We felt very looked after. It’s about a short car journey/taxi to the main town (Carvoeiro)if you’re fit… probably a 20-25 minute walkso. We would jump at the chance to stay at the villa again in the future - if we were to visit Portugal again!! I cannot recommend this villa enough

Lovely peaceful location with privacy round the pool. Villa layout was excellent. Facilities were good. Cleaners were friendly and efficient Some cobwebs and build up of dust in some places but it didn’t affect our stay as we would like to book again. Cracked/missing tiles in pool and outdoor area spoils the look. Add information on QR sheet re safe location. Larger bed in the master Slow drain in the master shower -perhaps provide a plunger.

Wir (4 Erwachsene) waren durchweg positiv überrascht, über die Größe von Haus und Pool sowie die Lage und das Grundstück. Auch die Ausstattung war gut in Qualität und Anzahl. Natürlich ist nicht alles perfekt. Denn schließlich ist das Haus in ständiger Vermietung. Aber echte Mängel gibt es nicht. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall ohne Bedenken erneut für einen erholsamen Urlaub auswählen.

Maison très spacieuse et super bien située pour les visites entre l’ouest et l’est de l’Algarve. Magnifiques plages à quelques minutes de voiture. La piscine est grande, nous en avons profité tous les jours Le ménage hebdomadaire est appréciable. Nous y avons passé de très belles vacances.

Fantástica experiencia

El alojamiento es una verdadera pasada. Está enclavado en una urbanización en la que no se oye un ruido, la distancia a la playa más cercana son apenas 10 min andando. Por otro lado la limpieza y lo nuevo que estabas todo destaca en este tipo de alojamientos. Por último la atención de los responsables de la agencia es exquisita, y contestan siempre con ganas de ayudar y mucha rapidez. Muy recomendable.

Unloved Villa. Needs Improving

The Villa is very tried and in need of upgrading. The kitchen appliances and cutlery is so old and needs replacing. You could not even read the dials on the cooker. The bed divans are thread bear and bedding and mattress are a poor quality. The out side furniture needs replacing and was dirty. So sun beds were unusable. Generally the villa seemed unloved and has just been used. The villa needs updating to match the other villa in the area we have stayed in. Great Location but the villa needs investing in. No maid turned up during our visit which was disappointing after we had a blocked drain which flooding the master bedroom and bathroom. Luckily we had a spare room for the night. The property manger was very helpful.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison très bien située et dans un quartier calme. Petit bémol, que des chaines anglaises disponible à la télé. Je relouerai cette maison avec grand plaisir.

"Papa, das ist mein Lieblingsurlaubshaus!"

Das Ferienhaus am Ende einer Sackgasse haben wir sauber und gepflegt vorgefunden. Badetücher und Strandtücher für uns alle waren vorhanden. Dieser Service erfreute uns sehr. Die Reinigungskraft in der Wochenmitte war eine freudige Überraschung für uns. Die kinderfreundliche Ausstattung der Küche und der Schlafzimmer als auch das Strandspielzeug zum Ausleihen fanden wir sehr gut. Der zweistufig tiefe Pool fand vor allem bei den Kindern großen Zuspruch. Für uns hätte er im Monat März eine Heizung haben dürfen.

The area and the villa itself is beautiful, full of peace and tranquillity.The villa is spotless and the pool is amazing. We only stayed 5 nights and the cleaners came round. Everything you need is at the villa. Wifi is very good and English tv channels. I would definitely stay again and fully recommend to anybody.

A spacious villa with a large pool, lovely roof space and quadrant area.

The villa is on a quiet beautiful estate , with a few restaurants within walking distance . A car is necessary to appreciate the fabulous coastline , and locality, there is much to see in a short distance . We had a family holiday and the villa was perfect for 3 couples . The bathrooms were great and beds very comfortable , but the outdoor furniture and kitchen could do with upgrading . We had a great holiday .

Great family holiday home, walking distance to beach and a few restaurants with children's gardens.

Lovely area, great for families, but push chair needed if you have little ones as the Villa is located up a steep hill.
