「Overall, this hotel is good and reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The staff are very sincere, kind, and respectful — and I truly appreciate that. My review is meant to help them improve, because I believe they are trying their best. The main challenge I experienced was communication. Very few staff members speak English, so even simple requests were difficult. For example, I ran out of toilet paper, tried to explain it, and even showed the empty roll, but nothing was...

「One elevator was not going to the 5th floor; I had to walk up the stairs. There were chacaroches in one room, and the bathroom was not clean and smelled of urine. The furniture was full of dust and fingerprints from other people renting- the stuff did not get cleaned it! 」
