“This home is spectacular! Ideal location in the ‘little lakes’ adjacent to public land. We celebrated Thanksgiving and the kitchen had just about everything we needed. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen/living room is quite large and setup perfectly. The soaking tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. My only nitpick is I wish the grill was propane, only because the temperature outside was in the 20s with 40mph wind. We had such a great stay! Little lakes holiday market was awesome!……

Visiting with the animals on the farm, collecting and eating fresh eggs, sipping hot coffee while watching the sunrise, and stargazing in the evening made the experience a memorable one. To top it all off, it was a short and easy drive to the variety of trailheads and lookouts in Letchworth State Park.”

“We were a group of 16, from the huge entryway/ mud room that easily accommodated everyone’s gear to the beautiful kitchen dining area that had everything you could possibly want . The living area had a huge couch that was great for our large group. The bunk room was a hit with the kids, again spacious and roomy. The bathrooms were beautifully done and stocked with all you need. It’s minutes from downtown Ellicottville with great views. Would highly recommend!!! ”
