「I stayed here for one night while attending a Morgan Wallen concert, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out.Parking was convenient, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I felt right at home. Everything about my stay was smooth, relaxing, and stress-free. I would absolutely stay here...

「Host went out of his way to let us enter in early. Made a HUGE difference in our enjoyment of the concert we went to. Everything is as pictured. Would definitely stay again.」

「The appartment is clean and basic. But guests should be aware that it is located in an old building. The state of the building in general is lower than that of the appartment itself.」

「Unit was large and clean with train stop close by. Tons of neat shops and restaurants within walking distance. Street parking was available.」

「The space was overall perfect. Not too small, not too big. It was just right. Communication was smooth. I was able to enter the space asap from the moment our got out of my uber. I honestly wouldn’t mind staying here again.」

「This location has the potential to be really great but it currently isn't. I stayed here with 2 children under 10 (one with special needs) and the stay was lackluster. I chose it because of the proximity to Temple University to visit my child. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to messaging but needs to higher a cleaning and repair service for when people check out. Broken doors, crawling insects and host of other things that a walk through of the property would have picked up...

「This unit and any other units from this host need to be removed from Vrbo. The building isn’t luxury nor are the units. The pictures do not look at all what is posted online. The unit was disgusting, and there were mouse droppings in a crib left in the unit. I was only able to get in contact with the host 1 time before having to directly contact Vrbo. My family and I had to find a hotel to stay at for the weekend in a city was practically booked up. DONT DO IT」

「They was a problem with outdoor handle being broke off and lots of trash outside the building but inside was very nice but no one hadn’t taken the trash out in the kitchen and oneShower was coldWater instead hot but the neighbors were nice」
