We had a great time!!! The property is truly unique. Lots of entertainment inside, good location, very clean and family friendly. The host was very responsive. We had a small question when we arrived to the property and he responded immediately. We have a couple more trips planned to Philadelphia this year and we already decided we will stay there again if available. Highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The space was incredibly roomy, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax. Our kids were thrilled with the video games and stayed happily entertained throughout the trip. The location was perfect, just a short distance from everything we wanted to see and do. The kitchen was also exceptionally well stocked, which made cooking and mealtime a breeze. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly home base. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Had an amazing time. I was pleasantly surprised at how much there was to do in house. The kitchen was clean, the bathrooms were clean, everything was neat and tidy. It was a quick 10-15 minute walk to downtown Fishtown. Check-in was extremely quick and easy.

We stayed at this property with Scouts, and they loved it. The location was good, as it was about a 15-minute drive to most city parking garages and about a 20-minute walk to the subway near Temple University, which went directly to the baseball stadium. The kitchen was well stocked with a nice coffee bar (which the leaders appreciated). The scouts enjoyed the games and chill atmosphere. We stayed at this property with the Scouts, and they loved it.
