"The room was filthy. The carpet was stained and clearly not vacuumed. The surfaces had soap scum on them and the shower/bathroom had hair clumps from previous guests. The staff were not very friendly. When I brought up the condition of the room to the front desk so they could fix it the staffer seemed displeased that I was bringing it up and just said she would “pass along the message.” I wouldn’t call this place a “resort” it’s more of a motel that was remodeled but not kept clean."
