「We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were wonderful. However, the property is up a fairly steep hill. Being senior citizens, it was not very pleasant for us, at the end of the day, to have to climb this steep hill for about 10 minutes to reach the property. As Nice is hilly in many places, it may be typical of many properties- and nothing can be done about it.」

L'appartamento è bello come appare in foto e molto comodo alla stazione dei treni,che abbiamo utilizzato spesso,nonostante fossimo automuniti,visto il problema del parcheggio in Costa Azzurra. 」

「Our 2nd year staying at this property. A lovely spacious well lit apartment with wonderful views of both the sea and mountains. The beach is 90 seconds away. Air conditioned, secure private parking space with key fob, two lifts to the fourth floor. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms. Double glazed for sound. Giovana manages the apartment on behalf of the owner and she is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. LouLou Pirate restaurant is 2km away on Cap Martin… a great treat but bring your larger wallet. ...

「We stayed as a family of four (2A, 2C) at the apartment for a week in early August 2023. The apartment is well stocked, a good size and has plenty of shaded and sunny parts within the garden. A walk of 10-15 mins to a lovely beach. Close to the train station for trips to Monaco, Cannes and Antibes. The shared pool was quiet and warmed in the sun. We drove to the shops for groceries but some are walking distance. Check in and out was easy, providing times for meet/greets. The parking space...

「Magnifique vue sur la baie de Figueirette depuis la grande terrasse. Voiture indispensable pour faire ses courses et profiter de la côte. Accès à la mer en 10 min à pied, et accès au massif de l’Estérel derrière l'appartement en 20 min à pied. Piscine très agréable. 」
