"Nobody is at the desk after 3pm even though they tell you to check in after 3pm, makes no sense. You have to use a separate entrance after 3pm, which nobody explained to me so i was locked out of the hotel and had to call customer service. They didn’t know how to help me so they had to call the person that lives on the property to come let me in. "I like the hotel and location. We had beautifull room with great view. Stuff was nice and friendly. Room was cleaned daily. But Im giving 4 stars because when we asked for another duvet they didnt have one and also ventilation was full of dust and under the bed was so much dust that you could chocke."

"The room was very good, but i thought the bathroom is in the room, which wasnt, on the quadriple room that i reserved was mentioned Bathroom, which makes you think its in the room, but hnfortunately it was outside. Not a big of a deal, since we stayed just one night. Otherwise, the breakfast was very very good. "
