「古典風格的飯店，附近是安靜的住宅區，飯店有自己的停車位但是只有兩個，所以要碰運氣。附近是可以免費停路邊，但要遵守停車規則，所以保險起見還是跟飯店停他們車位。」

「Also dass das Hotel Renoviert werden muss ist klar, aber die Lage, die Garage, das Personal sind sehr nett. Die Betreiber Firma sind halt aus China. Betten und Sauberkeit waren auch gut. Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden. Und mein Zimmer zum Innenhof war ruhig gelegen. Und auch ein kleiner Wasserkocher mit Café / Tee war im Zimmer. Ich war zufrieden aber wie gesagt es ist halt Preis Leistung entsprechend. Es liegt auch ein Bio Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Frühstück habe ich nicht genutzt. Für mich...

「die barcrew und das putzpersonal war ausnehmend freundlich. dass wir erst den terrassenzufang an silvester versprochen bekamen, dann aber eine geschlossene gesellschaft abgeschrieben wurde, war ein wenig ärgerlich.」

「The apartment was not properly cleaned at the arrival and therefore i was offered an one day cleaning package, but the cleaning never found place. Furthermore is not specified that the building has no elevator, and carrying heavy luggage to the 2nd floor was uncomfortable. The surroundings are not ofering a safe environment, as the building on the other side of the road was hosting a facility/restaurant for drug addicted persons. 」

「The room design is full of sense, new, comfortable to live in, and the service staff are polite. And the bathroom also has underfloor heating. Breakfast is abundant, it only takes 3 minutes to walk to the subway station, and there is a large supermarket next to the hotel, which is very convenient」

「This hotel was perfection. The location was literally at the Hamburg airport. I wanted something super close for my early flight. Very friendly staff and great room. 」

「Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten bei dem Preis aber die Zutaten waren frisch und es wurde auf Qualität wert gelegt. Zimmer ist sauber und der Zimmerservice hat jeden Tag die Betten gemacht und geputzt. Der Service allgemein war top, bei Fragen stand jederzeit jemand zur Verfügung und das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und Lösungsorientiert. Auch das frühe Auschecken um 5h war kein Problem. 」

「Hotel itself is good, new hotel in perfect location (just 5 mins walk to Central train station and bus terminal). But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine. Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone. 」
