「Sent a message 1 week prior asking if I could book an extra night with no response. The bed was broken and when I reached out, they sent someone to fix it but it did not get fixed, it’s still broken. No shower liner, only a fabric curtain, no laundry soap, the photos did not match the property, several cigarette butts were on the porch when we arrived and all of the light bulbs are aggressive florescent bulbs. With only 1 window in each bedroom, the lighting made it feel like a hospital.」
