"We had such an amazing time! It was a spurt of the moment decision to come up as our summer plans to stay had to be canceled. But it was exactly what we needed. So peaceful and we had a daily guest who very politely knocked on the door to be let in to say hello. Sarge was an added delight as we tend to miss our kids and own dog. He was certainly an added surprise. We look forward to staying again hopefully sooner rather than later."

"We stayed here for 2 nights while we explored the area. The cabin is small, but had just what we needed. It is on the river. The weather was rainy and misquotes were bad, so we didn’t get to explore the property, other than being able to sit on the dock for a few minutes when the rain stopped."

"place was clean and convenient to trails. Floors are uneven and very easy to trip on. All six of us were over 60 and could not figure out the TV, no big deal as we weren't there for that. "Stayed at this property for a ski weekend at the local resort. It was a great location (10 min drive both to the ski resort and the local town). We appreciated the opportunity to have a peaceful and beautiful place to stay that was away from the ski resort crowds. Our kids loved the games that the host had making s’mores in the firepit near the lake. The house is beautifully done. There was a maintenance concern (beeping fire alarm) during our stay but the host promptly addressed the issue....

"We were very happy with our stay at the Nordic Haus. Check in and out was very easy. It’s nice to have a hot tub to soak in and gives the kids something to do at night because skiing closes by 4pm. Great communication with management.we arrived in the evening , realized at bedtime there was no hot water called the property management company in the morning and they had it fixed quickly.Not a huge deal but inconvenient after traveling for 24hours. House was well stocked with linens and beds were comfortable. We travel to the area once a year and will return if available."
